At Sath Chale Foundation, our program relies on collaborations and partnerships. We believe strong collaborations allow us to create lasting social change. Our partners, KIT Education, K.R. Mangalam, and the Haryana Education Department, share our vision of empowering communities with education, health, and awareness.  

i. KIT Education 

KIT Education is one of our main partners to promote accessible and quality learning to disadvantaged children. Our joint efforts result in educational workshops, skills development, and digital learning initiatives to improve student awareness and confidence. We work with KIT Education’s innovative approach to narrow the gap between opportunities and potential for young students. 

ii. K.R. Mangalam 

Our partnership with K.R. Mangalam is focused on fostering academic integrity and youth social responsibility. Through collective initiatives like donation drives, mentorship programs, and community service projects, K.R. Mangalam students & faculty have meaningful opportunities to support our vision of a kinder and more inclusive society. Their contribution incentivizes young people to appreciate the value of giving. 

iii. Haryana Education Department 

Our partnership with the Haryana Education Department enables us to enhance our impact at the grassroots level. We engage in partnerships that encourage literacy, school infrastructure improvement, and health and hygiene awareness for children. This partnership enriches our outreach to more communities and aligns our vision with government-focused educational reforms for sustainable development. 

Legal Advice 

At Sath Chale Foundation, we appreciate that access to legal support is integral to rights, justice, equality, and empowerment. Our legal advisory initiatives seek to address a variety of legal issues for people in a compassionate, clear, and confidential manner. Providing expert counsel and awareness-raising programmes, we assist people to learn about their rights and their options and find actionable resolutions to their concerns. 

i. POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) 

We support the provisions of the POSH Act in order that woman feel safe and respected in their workplaces. Our team works to educate organisations and individuals about the Act, the complaint process, and preventative action to ensure harassment does not occur in the workplace. 

ii. Cheque Bounce Cases 

Encountering cheque bounce cases can be very stressful and financially challenging. Our legal advisors help people learn about their rights as per Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act to enable them to file/defend cases, and be remunerated for valid transactions. 

iii. Consumers 

Every consumer deserves value for their money and fair treatment. Privacy concerns, defective products, poor trade practices, or deficiencies in service may violate consumer rights. We assist individuals with complaint issues through appropriate methods so that they get a resolution and justice. 

iv. Recovery  

Financial disagreements and outstanding recoveries can often leave individuals and/or businesses with extended hardship. Our team can assist you or businesses in taking appropriate legal action towards recovering debt and its settlement, in a fair and equitable way.  

v. MCAT (Mediation and Conciliation Assistance Team) 

Our MCAT initiative is to resolve disputes in a non-violent manner through discussion and understanding. We encourage mediation as a way of resolving a dispute that is faster and less expensive than taking legal action and achieving agreements that work for both parties. 

vi. Surrogacy  

We help raise awareness and provide legal information on surrogacy issues (laws) in India, and how Intended Parents and surrogate mothers can understand their rights, responsibilities, and ethical considerations.  

vii. Matrimonial & Divorce 

Disputes between spouses with legal implications are emotionally draining. Our team provides support and guidance that is sensitive to the issues regarding divorce, alimony, child custody issues, and domestic matters, so that individuals can make decisions and plan their future in a respectful way.
