Legal Advice Core Activities

CSR core activities include initiatives like sustainability, community engagement, ethical practices, and supporting local economies. These efforts align business goals with social and environmental values, benefiting both society and corporate reputation.

POSH

We support the provisions of the POSH Act in order that woman feel safe and respected in their workplaces. Our team works to educate organisations and individuals about the Act, the complaint process, and preventative action to ensure harassment does not occur in the workplace.

Cheque Bounce Cases

Encountering cheque bounce cases can be very stressful and financially challenging. Our legal advisors help people learn about their rights as per Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act to enable them to file/defend cases, and be remunerated for valid transactions.

Consumers

Every consumer deserves value for their money and fair treatment. Privacy concerns, defective products, poor trade practices, or deficiencies in service may violate consumer rights. We assist individuals with complaint issues through appropriate methods so that they get a resolution and justice.

Recovery

MACT

Our MCAT initiative is to resolve disputes in a non-violent manner through discussion and understanding. We encourage mediation as a way of resolving a dispute that is faster and less expensive than taking legal action and achieving agreements that work for both parties.

Surrogacy

We help raise awareness and provide legal information on surrogacy issues (laws) in India, and how Intended Parents and surrogate mothers can understand their rights, responsibilities, and ethical considerations.
